Hey James, we really do all we can to make the process seamless for our wonderful clients. Thank you for trusting Pawrade and best wishes.
I found everyone I talked to kind, informative and professional. In most cases, my online questions and requests were replied to promptly with a caring tone and willingness to help. The entire process made me feel comfortable with my decision to use Pawrade. Policies and procedures were constructed with the best practices and concern for the animal. The buyer and seller both are prioritized for their protection and ease of the transaction. After my purchase, I wish I had access to some of my previous correspondence with Pawrade to refresh my memory of some details that were shared but it’s no longer available to me. I respectfully suggest that this be changed for the future. My puppy is everything I could hope for, beautiful and healthy. I would use Pawrade again should I be in the market for another fur baby.

Hey Sheila, short and sweet. We are so happy all went so well for you and your new best buddy!
I was a little skeptical at first about purchasing a puppy on line. I decided, however, to contact Pawrade after seeing so many excellent reviews they received from people who had purchased their baby Chihuahua on their website. I chose Blair (now named Niki) and the process was so seamless, professional and reassuring by Pawrade. Niki (aka Blair) was delivered in perfect health on July 11, 2025. I love her and couldn't be happier. Thank you Pawrade for the new love of my life!

Hey Dennie, we certainly know that getting a new pup online can cause folks some anxiety. But no worries at Pawrade. We do all we can to make the process as smooth and stress free as possible. Best wishes.
Pawrade was excellent from beginning to end, always keeping me informed, i was always able to call or send an email with any questions, and the best part, was the transport service handing over my sweet baby Hammy right to my front door, i would highly recommend to all my friends and everyone else who is thinking about a puppy

I had just lost my Shorkie of 14 years, Buddy, early Dec 2025, so it had been a while since I searched for a new pup. I found Pawrade and within just a couple of days found my new little guy (also a shorkie) Benny and am really happy with the process. Everyone on the Pawrade team/travel team were very communicative and responsive to my questions and requests. They had no problem picking up the phone and calling me if they thought it was easier than through the messaging portal. Pawrade really made the entire adoption and travel process so easy, which was such a relief and blessing since I was still mourning my Buddy. I would absolutely recommend using Pawrade to find your new little Buddy/Benny/BFF
