Everything was professional and on time. They explained process completely. Decided to have my puppy driven from Missouri instead of flying (too cold in cargo area). She arrived on time and as cuddly as I hoped for.

the only negative i have is the overly long trip my new puppy had because the transport company had quite a few stops to make dropping off puppies before getting to me. the puppy is fantastic

I enjoyed the efficiency of the company. I liked that it kept me informed about everthing that was happening throughout the process. IGot information about what I needed to do. What i needed when my puppy arrived and much more It was a great experience!

Everyone was so helpful and kind throughout the entire process. The only reason I didn’t give five stars was due to a miscommunication on the website. I chose our puppy based on location, and after purchasing him, I learned he was over 60 miles farther away than anticipated. Otherwise, we absolutely love our new fur baby—thank you!!

Hey Jackie, Thank you for choosing Pawrade to help you find the perfect pup for you. It is true that we do list the pups by region so mileage may not always bee 100% accurate. This is because some breeder's may choose to meet at a neutral location like is recommended by law enforcement instead of the actual kennel. I do apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you.
All of our interactions with Pawrade, the breeder, and delivery service (Wags on Wheels) were flawless and pleasant. We will definitely look to Pawrade again for our future puppies!
