Hey Beth, Thank you so much for trusting Pawrade not once, but twice. We are so happy that you chose us again to find another furry family member. Best wishes.
I want to say everyone I talked to or had commication was great. They were friendly, answered all my questions and always had answers. Kept us informed the day Kylee was leaving and about when she would be getting to her new home. Kylee seem to be pretty calm when I held her before her driver left. When it’s time again in the future to find a new fur baby, I will call them. It would be nice to have a few more pictures, while waiting for to be delivered. The day I saw Kylee, it was my birthday, so that was meant to be…our new addition to our family.

If I could give 10 STARS I would! The whole process was organized, professional, transparent, line of communication outstanding with direct mobile numbers to staff, quick organization and superior delivery. The puppies offered fair pricing. Smurf our little Shih Tzu walked into our home like she already owned the place! Very happy puppy and healthy! Highly recommend.

Communication about Brooke’s health and status was very helpful. As was the “delivery service” Pawrade used.
