Good communication and great delivery people. But we still haven’t received a message that you have received the vet report, or the proof of Met Life that we sent you.??

Pawrade was great through this whole process. They kept me informed, they sent me pictures, and they informed me of every step of the way. They kept in touch with me when Aspen was on her way periodically to let me know the timeframe that she would be here. Would definitely use this company again.

I am very happy with my picking with my puppy. It was so easy and fun. They answered all my questions quickly. I chose to have my pup delivered to me. The 3 days I waited for my delivery went so well. I was kept informed the whole time with updates of their trip. I would recommend them to everyone. Thank you for a wonderful experience. I love my Diogee dog!!

This my second puppy that I got through Pawrade. I got a mini dachshund in July 2025, and now a Chihuahua in September 2026. I went with Pawrade this time because of the great job and satisfaction I experienced when I purchased Charlie a year ago. He is the sweetest smartest, most affectionate doxie anyone could ever ask for. He’s still in the puppy stage and he wanted a play mate and my cats refuses to play with him, they think he’s an annoyance. I got Cujo, a chihuahua, for the both of us. Cujo is already proving to me what a big boy he is. Just 3 and half months old and he’s walking around either shadowing me, or playing with his big brother Charlie. And, the icing on the cake is his breeder sent him totally potty trained! He has a play pen and a sleep pen. Both big enough for his pee-pads. He never misses. He is the perfect puppy. Hand clapping the job they did at Pawrade connecting me with my babies👏🏾

I had a wonderful experience with the pawrade employees, very kind and quick to reply! Only down side that really upset me was that on "Hermans" (Walter's)listing it said that both his mom and dad were 6lbs but when I got the paperwork from the breeder it said that his mom was 6lbs and his dad was 8.5lbs...so that was extremely disappointing because the whole reason I chose "Herman" new name Walter, was because it said both of his parents were 6lbs.. so that was extremely upsetting after spending thousands on him. That being said I will still obviously love him forever and ever and ever. Just wish the listing was actually factual.

Hey Ashley, I understand that one of the reasons you chose your pup was because of the size of the parents as listed. It looks as if the breeder did not update the parents info as they aged. We do apologize for that and are hopeful your pup grows to the size you desire. Best wishes.
From the time I started the process shopping for our new furniture baby, the process was awesome, and so smooth. The company has an A 1 service that made sure the process went smooth. The representative was so kind and informative. The breader made sure the puppy was healthy and ready to travel to their forever home. I have already recommended them to Mt neighbor
