Always so nice and helpful... had a slight error in one of my custom collars and she immediately said they would redo the collar and to just take the one in error with me to use until they got the new one done... Love this store! Ann, the owner creates beautiful collars and leashes. I recently chose a new one for fall. It was ready in a few days and I was notified quickly via email. Dogs love this place. Staff is friendly and always ready with a treat for the pups.
