The photo (framed) I ordered turned out…Very Nice. But the digital image I ordered never arrived at all.
The photo (framed) I ordered turned out beautifully - no issues there at all. Than you very much. I also ordered - for an additional fee - a digital image, and that never arrived in my email. I reached out to the company and I never received a response. So I consider the order incomplete.

Hi Jeff, Thank you so much for your kind words about the portrait. We're really glad it turned out beautifully. We're sorry to hear the digital copy didn't reach you. We can see from our records that we sent it on the 20th April and again on the 15th May. It's possible it ended up in your spam folder. We'd love to get this resolved for you. Please check your spam folder for emails from [email protected], or reach out to us directly and we'll send it again straight away.
