We're truly sorry for the unpleasant experience you've had with our service. At Paw.com we always do our best to maintain a high standard of support & service when issues occur with our products. We do indeed charge a restocking fee as well as a return shipping charge on normal returns. But for purchases on the GMA Steals page the return policy is unique and listed on their page; we wouldn't apply any fees not mentioned on their page and apologize for the misunderstanding. Our agent will be reaching out to you shortly to walk you through the return. We hope that this misunderstanding has not left a bad impression of our team and that you continue to give us a chance to bring comfort to your pets in the future.

We're truly sorry for the inconvenience you've experienced with our service. At Paw.com we strive to maintain a high level of service and support when issues occur with our products and with shipping. We did indeed try to assist with the claim regarding the wrong item being received, but as it was discarded; we couldn't process it with our warehouse without providing an image of the incorrect item. Please in the future it would be appreciated if you would kindly reach out before discarding to avoid further frustration and so we can swiftly address any issues as we have for all customers who have had issues with us in the past.
