I love the mat however the cords don't stay attached and I've had to use electrical tape to get them to stay. The remote control won't charge and the mat won't work without the remote control. I would have returned the mat but would need to pay shipping to China. They have offered me a new remote control for $20. DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! Very poor customer service. The product is cheaply made. Would not recommend

I was well within my 90 days money back guarantee when some of the lights starting failing, they said they would issue a full refund but I had to return it at my own cost, PayPal covered the return cost and I’m still waiting on my refund, I will do a call back via my bank if I don’t hear anything back in a few days, I would recommend to anyone thinking of using this company to think again

I really don’t understand the poor reviews???? I bought this mat because I know how beneficial red light therapy is. I have 4 red light devices I use in my clinic so suffering with sciatica I decided to buy the mat. I use it 3-4 times a week when my sciatica is at its worse, I use it when I feel sluggish, it’s amazing! The results speak for themselves but consistency is key. Pavra, thank you, my dog loves it too!

I received the product and used it only to find that it was not doing what is advertised and was causing me more pain and discomfort. I contacted them immediately and their only response was that I have to continue to use it for longer “as directed by them”. This is not right to force someone to continue to use a product that is having a bad experience with it. As a long time alternative health and wellness practitioner who believes strongly in this type of technology. This is totally unacceptable and gives the industry a bad reputation.

No communication back from them regarding a faulty mat despite me using the online chat 3 times over 9 days where I was told the Warranty dept would be in touch with details of how I return the mat for a full refund. Very sketchy I think.

The mat is great, only had a few months and some lights have gone out on it. Contact Pavra to let them know, had no response contacted them again and was given an email to contact. Had nothing back the was th 20th July. Customer service is not that great. Paid a lot of money for this full size mat would expect a response quicker than they are showing.

This company is a scam company. They promise easy to return within 90 days, then they invent excuses why it can’t be returned. In my case I made a mistake and ordered two. Since I hadn’t used the second, even though it was within the 90 days, they won’t let me return it. I’d been willing to keep the first mediocre mat just in good faith. Now I want to return both. They have NOT honored their guarantee of easy to return within 90 days. At $200 a Mat, that’s expensive. As for the mat, The cord should be positioned in the center of the mat, so you’re not having to figure out how to position it if the plug in your location isn’t on the same side as the cord. You end up lying on top of the cord a lot of times. I used it for twenty minutes a day and still have a lot of sciatic pain. It’s NOT the solution they promised!
