Hi dear customer! We thank you for your feedback, which allows us to improve every day and offer an always excellent service. Furthermore, this gives us the opportunity to clarify what happened in total transparency. In her case in particular, with the photos she provided already with the package opened, the doll is not damaged in any way, but only dirty. It is difficult for us to establish the true nature of what happened, in the absence of further visual evidence. We at Passion4dolls operate with the utmost seriousness and professionalism, these are the values that distinguish us. It is our duty to ensure compliance with the guidelines for fairness and transparency. We evaluate each refund or return request with the utmost care and in accordance with our policies. Our guidelines unequivocally specify what steps must be followed in the event that a package is tampered with or damaged. 1- If the package appears tampered with or damaged upon delivery, it is necessary to report the problem directly to the courier. 2- Once the package has been received, it is necessary to take photos and videos, before and after opening the package, showing all sides and damaged parts. 3- The customer's collaboration is essential to determine the extent and origin of the damage suffered. Following these steps, we will evaluate the individual case and refund the expense or replace the product received. Our job is to make people happy by purchasing a high quality product. We have always been committed to treating our customers with respect and care. Your satisfaction is of extreme importance to us and we always try to resolve these types of issues as quickly and appropriately as possible. We are sorry for your dissatisfaction, we invite you to contact us again to discuss and find a solution that is satisfactory for both of us. From Passion4dolls
