Namaste Sangeeta, Thank you for taking the time to share this, and we're truly sorry the shawl didn't meet your expectations, especially when it was meant as a gift. That's exactly the moment a Pashtush piece is supposed to feel right, and we've clearly fallen short here. We'd like to make this right. Please write to us at [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the piece you received. We'll arrange a return pickup at no cost to you and either replace the product with a piece you select personally, or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer. Looking forward to hearing from you.
