Customer Support is Dodgy
I ordered 2 parts and one of the boxes arrived empty. After trying to contact the seller, I went to PayPal (which is how I paid) to see if I can open a ticket with the seller. Apparently, by choosing that the item didn't arrive in the box, it led to a chargeback and case with PayPal. Once I learned about this, I cancelled the case and waited for the refund through PayPal to be reversed. The seller spoke with me on the phone and said that they can't do anything until after these things complete. So I waited for it to complete, then they stopped responding to my e-mails and didn't return my calls. I called again and managed to speak to someone, as I still wanted to order the part that never arrived and they told me they can no longer sell to me. This was a week after waiting for correspondence. As a paying customer it is very frustrating that this is all they could do and were literally dodging my calls to try and fix the situation. All because I used the support system on PayPal.
