Good collaboration opportunity and smooth communication process.

I've worked with two different agents (one departed from the company and I was transferred to another agent). Both were so kind, very responsive, and completely understanding. Abby is who I am currently working with, and she is very communicative and professional. Nonetheless, both agents were amazing to work with and I have loved all of our projects together. One thing, however, is that on two occasions I've received my payment later than they stated (within 5 business day) and it took me 2-4 weeks.
