Poor customer service. The 24-48 hours shipping is not true.
Edit: In regards to your response, you can write want you want to make the company sound as though you have actual customers we service. I did not get an email back even with 24 hours. Nor was I kept abreast of the grab bar. It was 3 days before I was given any information about the grab bars. As far as the damage, that was not even mentioned in my review. I verified that the items would ship within 48 hours at the time of payment and was told by sales that indeed I can expect shipment in 48 hours. The 24-48 hours shipping is not true. I waited 5 days to get my in stock order shipped. All in all from the time the order was processed after payment to the time I received my shipment was 7 business days, 11 total days. The order was missing parts. Three days after several phone calls, emails, and text messages I finally received a call. I asked for overnight shipping of the missing parts as we need these to operate our business, I was told they would try. I asked to speak with someone who could help me better, but that is apparently not an option. We are now 10 business days after the order was processed, I still don’t have what I need to meet requirements. Customer service is extremely poor.

Jennifer it is regretful to read your review. To touch on a few things, we do not offer 24 hour shipping but your order should have shipped in 48 hours and it did not, for that we apologize. As with everything in today's climate our vendors too on a rare occasion are experiencing stock and man power issues. Upon reviewing our email conversations I see that our customer service team replied to all of your emails quickly (within less than an hour each time) and we kept you abreast of the 42" grab bars that were out of stock at the location your order shipped from. We have overnighted these to you and these additional grab bars will arrive shortly. As for the damage to the door, our Terms Of Purchase that you signed clearly states our damage procedure to which you did not adhere to, had you done so we could have, if need be, replaced the door, but still yet we want to help you complete your project and have offered to replace the door at cost, and even though you refused this more than fair offer, we will issue this offer to you again via email. We always strive to do our absolute best as we are sure you do as well, there were mistakes and mishaps on our end as well as yours Jennifer and we are going above and beyond to help rectify, we hope you will accept our offer to ship the door to you at cost and I assure you that your 42" grab bars (that were missed on the first shipment) are on their way via overnight shipment.
