I really appreciated Park Place's simplicity and integrity. In an industry with so many complex billing structures and fees, it was nice to have a company who made it simple, helped us understand, and even told us when it didn't make sense to use their services. I'd recommend Park Place to anyone. They want to do business right.

We've been with Park Place about a year now. The transition was very easy. All the staff were very helpful and anytime we need to contact someone it is a positive experience. We are extremely satisfied and it's always a bonus when we see savings. I highly recommend Park Place!

We've been with Park Place for just about a year now and we are satisfied. We are seeing savings and everyone is very helpful. A few initial bumps when getting everything set up but our rep and her support staff were easy to get a hold of and very helpful!

I was immediately impressed with the presentation and analysis of my previous payment processing compared to what Park Place Payments could do for me. And I was equally impressed with Lisa, my new account representative. I signed up with them immediately and it has turned out to be a very good decision. Yes, I am saving money every month on my payment processing. But equally as important is the support I've received from both my account rep Lisa and her technical support people. If you're in business you know that everything doesn't always go perfectly and glitches do happen, especially at the start of a new business relationship. When I needed support Lisa and her support staff were right there to take care of it. No excuses. Just making it right. I've been with Park Place for 5 months now and everything is going great. I am very happy with my decision to switch to Park Place Payments.

Mara Weiner and the women of Park Place have been there for me every step of the way. A glitch in the system on a Saturday could be disastrous for a small retail business. One call to Mara set in motion a fix in 15 minutes. The contactless option surprises and delights our customers knowing that we have taken the extra step to keep them safe during these unprecedented times. Thanks for everything Park Place!
