We are sorry to hear that the customer was dissatisfied with the experience. However, we would like to clarify the circumstances for transparency. The service in question had an invoice with a clearly specified due date, and the server was suspended in accordance with our standard billing policy after the invoice became due. Our billing terms do not provide for an automatic grace period after the stated due date, and customers are expected to renew their services by the applicable due date to avoid interruption. The support ticket referenced in this review was regarding the reason for the suspension, and our team explained that the service had been suspended due to the outstanding invoice. Had the customer requested reactivation, our support team would have been able to assist accordingly. We respect the customer's right to share their experience and value all feedback. At the same time, we believe it is important that the review reflects the applicable billing terms and circumstances of the account. Regards, Support Team
