The website isn't user friendly
The website isn't user friendly, and customer service acts like you are inconveniencing them by calling. They are always out of supplies and don't let you know it's going to be an extended amount of time before you get you items. I think I still have a pending order but it's hard to say because it is difficult to look up your customer information to see what's even going on.

Hi Nichole, We’re sorry to hear your experience wasn’t what you expected, and we appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. Since your order, we’ve made several improvements to the usability of our website to make browsing and ordering much easier. We’ve also undergone changes within our customer service department to ensure faster, friendlier, and more consistent support for all customers. This isn’t the experience we want anyone to have, and we’d be glad to look into your order personally. Please feel free to contact us at [email protected] so we can make it right.
