Very bad customer service I made a deposit on the 11th of June 2026 and still my amount is not reflecting on my account till today(18th of June 2026). The customer support replies when they feel like replying. I haven’t gotten any reply in 5 days now. And the issue has not been resolved yet. Poor customer service

J'ai jamais été arnaqué mais ce site de paripesa m'a vraiment arnaquer et une somme de 500.000FCFA. Je gagne 3 Fois pour un total de 2Millions et il me me force une limite de retrait de 75.000fcfa ! Qui est pour qu'on se regroupe pour dénoncer cette arnaque et pourquoi pas attenter des poursuite judiciaire.

I deposited 150€ with mastercard, made a profit 40€, wanted to withdraw and they locked my withdraws, i verifed my account before that and the live chat told me to wait and he was playing dumb, dont deposit here they will delay all withdraws till you lose all your money and it was only 190€, what will happen if its 2.000€ or more? J’ai effectué un dépôt Wave de 5400 sur Paripesa, mais mon compte n’a jamais été crédité. Malgré plusieurs messages au support et l’envoi des preuves de paiement, le problème n’est toujours pas résolu après plus de 15 jours. Le support répond uniquement avec des messages automatiques sans donner de solution concrète. Faites attention avant d’effectuer des dépôts.
