We want long-term relationships with customers and have real caregivers answering the phones and ensuring every order and product is of great quality and value. I have had no problems with parent giving. The products come in as promised. On the rare occasions I have had to call them it's been great. They are friendly and don't have attitudes. They do care. This is unusual anymore. Please keep it up.
