I also found it very thoughtful when they alerted me to let me know my package would be a few days late, and they asked me if I'd need a replacement until the order I had placed would be in stock again. Thank you Parentgiving. I'm SO glad you are around. :-)

Not being sure of the size, I ordered an xl size brief for my relative. They fit just right and were comfortable for the wearer. The delivery was prompt and actually delivered before I had expected. I have been ordering them for the past six months and will be putting them on automatic delivery which makes it so convenient

Excellent prices and shipping time. Customer Service is exceptional. What gives the average or below review is that my info was compromised. Not acceptable! Not sure if I’ll use this site again. I am disabled too

We're happy you were pleased with your order but concerned about your information being compromised. We did send a letter to all of our customers who made a purchase during the time the issue occurred, as a way to alert them in case they saw any suspicious activity in their credit card accounts , because we were unable to confirm who may have actually been affected. Customers who used Google Chrome with default settings were not affected.. Parentgiving implemented additional security measures designed to prevent a recurrence of such an attack to protect the privacy of Parentgiving’s valued customers. The company also worked closely with credit reporting agencies and law enforcement to ensure the incident was properly addressed. We sincerely apologize if you were affected and assure you we have taken the proper steps to prevent this from happening again. Thank you.

Caring and informative assistance each time I have occasion to phone. Credit card billing simple and accurate. Am in email contact, so that delivery of briefs can be adjusted to need. Really appreciate the ease for me as a caregiver and the consistency for my very elderly parent.

Easy to navigate website. I was able to click on 1 item from my last order and it separated it out from the rest so I could put it in my cart again right away. I was able to edit credit cards easily also.
