Every person in our organization is a current or former caregiver. Being passionate caregivers is critical to our ethos - remembering that we serve a fragile population (the aging and disabled) and their families - helping them arrive at better product solutions and expert application, better care, better aging - in their own home, or in the assisted living facility. Giving them hope, solving their problems, winning their business with every engagement. Delivering a world-class shopping experience and knowledge and insight and curated product solutions that cannot be replicated at the local chain pharmacy or Mega Mart or Online Marketplace. Our size and scale and approach ensure deep business relationships and true buying power with the best home health manufacturers and distributors in the business. We want long-term relationships with customers and have real caregivers answering the phones and ensuring every order and product is of great quality and value. We want to be the Sephora or Geek Squad of all things aging and caregiving related.

I have never purchased a large item on line before until just recently when I bought an Electric mobility scooter from Parentgiving. Everything was the best experience ever. From a super fast delivery to the end satisfaction of the product. Everthing was 5 stars. Colleen was very helpful with my purchase. I'm a very satisfied customer.

Item arrived in great condition and was exactly what we ordered. Definitely will order again from Parentgiving if the need arises.

Except for the damage to the exterior box when it arrived at my door, the Walker inside was unharmed. Pretty easy to put the few pieces together, but more written directions and better pictures would have been a plus. I will keep this company in mind the next time my family needs aids for walking, etc.

My order arrived the next day!! I was shocked and happy! Fast service. I had another item in my order that was delivered on a Sunday. I really didn't expect that. Thank you so much!

They have saved me a lot of money for adult diapers. The stores sales them for some rediculas prices. I order every 3 months and just to know I'm garenteed diapers that way makes life so much easier for me.

My review is a mixed one:there was an unexplained delay of one week in shipping my order, but when I e-mailed your company to inquire the reason for the delay I received an immediate phone response from a very sweet representative, who expedited the shipping. Therefore,a positive review but with reservations.
