Every person in our organization is a current or former caregiver. Being passionate caregivers is critical to our ethos - remembering that we serve a fragile population (the aging and disabled) and their families - helping them arrive at better product solutions and expert application, better care, better aging - in their own home, or in the assisted living facility. Giving them hope, solving their problems, winning their business with every engagement. Delivering a world-class shopping experience and knowledge and insight and curated product solutions that cannot be replicated at the local chain pharmacy or Mega Mart or Online Marketplace. Our size and scale and approach ensure deep business relationships and true buying power with the best home health manufacturers and distributors in the business. We want long-term relationships with customers and have real caregivers answering the phones and ensuring every order and product is of great quality and value. We want to be the Sephora or Geek Squad of all things aging and caregiving related.

The walker I chose seems sturdy and it came quickly. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is that I ordered a green walker and it is green but such a dark green that it looks black. I was a little disappointed in that.

Have been happy with parent giving. Always available, courteous and helping for placing the order. Had an issue one time but really not their fault because was with delivery but they solved it quickly for me. Would recommend them definitely.
