Hello. Your order shipped quickly as we typically do but it appears USPS was a little slow with the delivery. We just want to make sure you received the package. I believe we communicated through email? -Zac
I ordered this sweatshirt for a Christmas gift on 12/15/25. I never heard a word from the company and assumed they had for some reason canceled my order. The sweatshirt was delivered the end of May 2026. A little bit late for a Christmas gift. Jennifer Martin

We're sorry to hear that you haven't received your package. Please reach out to us so we can help resolve the issue as quickly as possible. At checkout, USPS shipping is clearly listed as the carrier, with options to upgrade to other carriers if preferred. While we don't have control over the package once it's with the mail carrier, our goal is always 100% customer satisfaction. We've sent you a text message to work toward a resolution. Please feel free to reply to that message or send us an email—we're happy to make things right. Tight lines, Zac
