Pan Pacific USA, stay away from them
Pan Pacific USA, specifically Blanca, failed to follow written instructions, failed to follow BL documentation, and failed to communicate. On September 4, I provided arrival notices and clearly stated that both HBLs must be delivered together to Tucson, AZ. This instruction was ignored. On September 14, I repeated the same instruction and attached the BLs from Italy showing Tucson as the final destination. This was ignored as well. Despite multiple confirmations from me and from the Italian agents, one HBL was incorrectly routed to Los Angeles. My follow‑up emails on September 17, September 21, and October 6 were not acknowledged. Additionally, over the past month, I called Pan Pacific USA numerous times. Each time Blanca stated she would “let me know,” yet she never followed up with any update. As a result, a shipment that normally takes 2 business days by truck from Los Angeles to Tucson took 23 days after customs clearance. I have been importing products for nearly 30 years, and this is the worst logistics experience I have encountered. I cannot recommend Pan Pacific USA or Blanca for any shipping or logistics services.
