Placed order online due to Covid. Buford location gave is the Wrong entree in one meal. Replaced the PREMIUM entree ordered with a lower priced dish. And completely left off an entree from a second order. They essentially stole $4.25. We paid for food we didn’t receive. Terrible service. Will NOT patron them again.

Rude workers

This is the worst Chinese food I ever had. The chow mein & fried rice was very bland & no seasoning to it. I thought maybe it can taste better if I had some soy sauce, which they didn’t even give me any. I gave my food away, that’s how much I like it. If I didn’t paid too much for this food, I would of threw it away. I would never order food from here again. I should of check the reviews on this restaurant.

Ordered on-Line for pick-up at West Allis Hwy 100 store as we always do, This time when we arrived at the drive thru, they said on line orders need to enter the building for pick-up. Do not understand when we are tying to limit contact due to covid. While waiting inside, they carried out an order to a customer's car waiting by the front door and serviced customers at the drive-thru. They they almost gave me the wrong order and did not seem like they really cared if they had customers or not...Panda Express has gone down hill

Kate is a spoiled brat without any respect for adults. The store manager doesn’t pay attention.

The food was dried out and bland. I ordered the honey walnut shrimp, the beef with broccoli, fried rice, chow mein, and egg rolls. The inner egg rolls was mushy and the exterior rubbery Rice and chow mein was so blah. It was a Saturday evening, so it seems that the ingredients should have been fresher.

At first I thought it would be a great experience eating my 1st ever delivered PE...not. My husbands veggies were cold & almost raw, he was missing part of his meal. The noodles in his chow mein were dry & cold. My orange chicken was cold, not enough fried rice & veggies in mine, not to mention I ordered a DRINK & didn't get it so they got extra money for nothing. The ONLY good thing was the spring rolls. If those had been bad I dont know what we would have done. Wont be ordering again. Location Florence Alabama.

The Crab Rangoon contained no crab or spring onion as advertised. There was however plenty of cream cheese. The mushroom chicken had unexpected Zucchini in it very little chicken but plenty of mushrooms. The Springrolls were soggy. I have heard stand alone Pandas are better than the ones in the mall. I found no difference. Location was East Lansing, MI on MAC
