Very disappointed with my 3 orders. Each chicken portion had only 4 small pieces, with almost no vegetables. The food was bland and had almost no seasoning. My drinks were also missing. I let the delivery driver leave because it wasn’t his fault—you should have made sure the drinks were included with the order. Extremely small portions and poor service for the price.

Worst take out in Altoona. Paid for our order, they served everyone in line while we waited , had to remind them to get our order, they forgot, then tried to charge us again. Forgot egg rolls , had to remind them to add. Serving line is not paying attention to customers. I waited for 20 minutes in line, even after what I ordered came up. Will never go back!

OurPoor communication, unsatisfactory customer service. I was in this location on Annapolis rd Landover MD 20784 about a year ago and I had an altercation with the manager because I wasn't aware of the refund policy after finding a 8-9 inch hair cooked with the steamed white rice. I was explaining to him that I don't have money to go elsewhere and no one wants to eat at a restaurant after finding hair in their food. I called the police because in my opinion he was overly aggressive and loud which was embarrassing to me. Moving forward, I go there at least once a week and between the 1st incident and what occurred today I've received poor customer service but nothing to warrant a complaint like this one. Todays incident, I walked in around 2:15ish and no one was in line so I walked up to the window and began to order but the string bean chicken breast was empty and I asked could I wait for it, and I was told yes. So I'm standing there checking emails and got distracted and I looked up and I had been there for 12 minutes to be exact. The cook was in front of me making her lunch. The manager then washed his hand put on gloves on and began cooking everything but what I was waiting on. He was cooking orange chicken, and it was full already at the window, then he began to cook sesame chicken. I asked him how long do I have to wait. At this point I had been there 19 minutes and he still hadn't even started to prep for what I asked for. He began to yell at me telling I always come in there and I couldn't hear anything else he said because it became clear at point that he was intentionally making me wait. We exchanged words and I left empty handed because who wants to eat food after arguing with the chef before he cooks it. I'll never step foot in there again. I was there a total of 21 minutes. Now I'm heading to yelp and Google reviews to give my review there also. If I were you, I would pick another location or go to Chipotle. An unsatisfied consumer, D. Brown.

Please be care of these restaurants you trust! I was in the restaurant waiting to order and I saw a small roach crawling around the rice and vegetables area. I notified the staff who notified the manager who didn’t even take the time to come out of their office to see what was going on! The staff continued on serving like nothing was wrong! I can now see why there Google ratings are so low! I’m done with this spot!

Spring Branch, TX location. My husband went through drive thru. Order was teriyaki bowl and steamed rice with sweet fire chicken. He verified with the cashier that teriyaki sauce was in the bag. When he got home we found lots of packets of sweet and sour sauce and no teriyaki sauce. My bowl was filled to the top with rice with 6 bits dry chicken on top. Been getting Panda Express for years and have never had my order like this. I called the store and the rude woman who answered the phone informed me that there is no manager. When I told her about the missing sauce she had no answer. When I told her about the rice bowl she yelled at me that that is the way its supposed to be. Stay far away from this location and definitely don't do drive thru.

I’m disappointed by how this situation was handled. I simply asked for my meat to be packed separately; I don’t like my food to touch, but the staff responded with an attitude instead of trying to accommodate my request. It felt as though Panda Express did not value my business unless I accepted service only on their terms. I should not have to argue with the staff or manager to get the service I’m paying for. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere and voting with my feet.

Terrible. The rice had just a couple of pieces of meat and veggies. Eggroll disgusting. Crab rangoons a hot gross mess. Beef and broccoli. Broccoli hard as a rock. Big waste of money. Worst Chinese food I ever had

This relates to the one on route 1. There were four people in front of me and I noticed that the chow mein was a little bit that was in there he tried to keep serving and didn't order for the cook to fix more. After I told him about ordering food on the line the cook said it'd be 4 minutes before he even start making it. I approached the manager about it and all he was doing or worried about it was what he was going to eat and he said they're eating instead of getting up and getting the store in order. This is the worst experience I've been in there. They definitely need a cook and another manager. That's how business is lose customers these days and end up closing. I gave him advice but he was just worried about putting food in his mouth.
