Parker and his team were truly helpful throughout the process. I was traveling internationally but they found a way to accommodate my application. The funds were available very quickly and will help me in my transition to residency. I am super grateful!!

We are veterinarians starting a practice from scratch and after getting approved for a mortgage and buying a building another lender decided our project was too big so they pulled the plug after initial full approval (who knew this could actually happen?!). Thankfully our general contractor who works with dentists and veterinarians referred us to Panacea and they literally saved our project. Michael was assigned as our point person and worked tirelessly for Panacea to take over the mortgage and get us the funds to help make our project dream a reality. Michael is phenomenal. Very available and really feels like a member of our team. I would recommend Panacea to any veterinarian/human doctor/dentist without hesitation.

This process was very seamless. Panacea's team communication was great. I was assigned a primary care banker who was my main point of contact and answered any questions that I had. I also got my residency relocation funds very swiftly after completing all of my documentation. I applied over the weekend, finished uploading requested documents on Monday and received direct deposit into my account on Tuesday. I would definitely recommend to any M4 who needs extra cash for residency relocation.
