I had a great experience when ordering my Predator bag. The quality of materials is great and very high end. This item is hand made and takes a little longer to get to you, but the wait is worth it! Their customer service is very helpful and responsive! A++

I am really unhappy with my purchase.... although the invoice mentioned that there was no shipping costs I was charged by FEDEX 61 euros for I don't know exacxtly what. Please don't buy on this brand!

Horrible. I still haven’t received my order that was placed back in march. No one ever responds to my emails.

I purchased a leather bag from Pampora Leather and now a leather conditioner specially formulated for their leather products, and I couldn't be happier. The quality of the design and execution of their products is phenomenal. The quality of the leather is outstanding. The customer service (I asked a lot of questions before buying) is really attentive and helpful. This company is simply fantastic.

I ordered a bag on 11 March this year and it still hasn’t arrived as of today 8th April, still no bag !! I’ve tried their customer service chat which is obviously automated and only ever says “awaiting fulfilment” I’m beginning to think I’ve been scammed for nearly £200 !!
