Cheap quality
Cheap quality I was helpless as there is no option to answer the owner’s reply.Thats why I edited my review. I had ordered a lengha from their online shop (order #250803 .) and the material was cheap quality ... while they claimed it was pure georgette. I tried to return the product but since I was out of town when the order arrived I reverted back to them as soon as I saw it after 4 days but they did not accept the return .I ended up discarding that outfit. When I wrote a review on Trust pilot they claimed it was fake and said the order was never placed! I tried to upload my order details there but their website review portal had no option to do that hence I had to take time out to write it on google so that this doesnot happen with others especially during this critical time when people are relying more on online shopping. I checked there google review as they ask here to check and I noticed weird things. I don’t know if this store is buying reviews and most reviews on google from India which they are not shipping the product so not genuine reviews. Have seen some genuine negative reviews which they have been claiming as fake reviews. I would give zero star if I can. Check their google reviews you can see most reviews from India and there are not shipping to India and negative review they claim as a fake in google also.

Hello Parth Desai, We are sorry that we thought that your review was fake at first since we couldn't find an account under your name. Thank TrustPilot, we found the order#250803 which was placed on June 10th, 2019 as a Guest Order under email address(usha****[email protected]). We also found the email conversation we had regarding this order. Let us clear one thing first, We offered you a return and also sent you a return shipping label free of charge to you the next day(06/17/2019) after you told us that you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase since we believe in 100% customer satisfaction. You didn't get back to use for 3 days after that email. We sent you another email with another return shipping label and on that day(06/20/2019) you started making excuses about returning the outfit. You wanted to keep the outfit for another 15 days which doesn't make sense, if you are not satisfied with the outfit and want to return the outfit. When we confronted about this you told us that Kohl's and Macy's offer a 1-month return window and also told us that some stores offer over a year to return the merchandise. After this email we didn't hear back from you for another few days. You sent us an email on 06/24/2019 saying that you're going out of town and you will return the outfit as soon as you come back. We never heard back from you after that nor we got the outfit back. If you wanted to return the outfit, you had 8 days after you opened the shipment which was 06/16/2019, but you never did. In your review you mentioned that we do not ship to India, for your kind information we ship to USA, CANADA, INDIA, GERMANY, AUSTRALIA, MALAYSIA, NEW ZEALAND, NORWAY, UAE & UK. Most of our reviews are from the USA and INDIA since most of our customers are from these two countries. You do not need to question the integrity of the reviews on Trustpilot or Google since all the review invitations are automatic and only sent out after customers have made a purchase. We always try to offer the highest possible customer satisfaction to each customer and we always will in the future. To help out our clients during this unprecedented time, we started video calling and also offer to send out more pictures of the product they're interested in before they make purchases so they can see the quality of the product and shop with confidence from the comfort of their homes. Thank you.
