My first time completing a PBN canvas. Overall good experience. End result a very nice painting for my new granddaughter's room. May do another different one for my other new granddaughter's room.

The delivery took a while, that's why I'm giving a 4 star experience. However, the email support staff was awesome and very quick to respond and assist, I was very pleased!

the delivery was a bit slow due to the times we live in at the moment , however customer service were very approachable quick to respond to emails. I also appreciated how they followed up to see if the product had arrived. There was also an offer to resend another if it had not arrived. Customer service was excellent, Product was good.

Really good customer service. Took a while to arrive, but it's here and my niece will love it. Canvas feels like nice quality. Think I'll have to order more for my friends and myself.

Overall good experience. Legit and safe. The website is easy enough to search, and the purchase itself is straitforward. The time to deliver is a bit longer than what I was expecting, but even on Christmas time, I got my painting on acceptable time. And, when I had trouble on tracking my order, I contacted the customer service and they answered promptly, being kind and helpful.

Great customer service! Shipping was very late due to Covid.... They stayed close at hand, advising every move of shipment.

It took a little time to recieve the package in the mail but that is understandable due to covid delaying mail services . The paint by numbers itself is good quality.
