Paint by Canvas creates custom Paint by Numbers kits from customers’ own photos, as well as a wide selection of ready-made Paint by Numbers designs. Our custom kits allow customers to turn meaningful photos — such as family moments, pets, travel memories and special occasions — into paintings they can create themselves. Customers can choose from multiple canvas sizes, color options and framed or unframed formats. Each custom design is created from the image submitted with the order and converted into numbered painting areas with a matching set of acrylic paints. Our goal is to make painting approachable and enjoyable, whether you are an experienced painter or picking up a brush for the first time.In addition to custom kits, Paint by Canvas offers ready-made designs across a wide range of themes and styles, along with painting accessories. We serve customers internationally through paintbycanvas.com and provide customer support before and after purchase. I am on my second painting as we speak! The first one I did was such a joy, it was of my Mother, and I reminisced about our lives throughout the entire time I painted. It is “uncanny” how incredibly spot on the painting is, versus the original photograph! Paint by Canvas puts the old paint by number projects to SHAME! Kate DURRANT Fruita Colorado

I could not see the numbers on canvas.

I lost my dog over 3 years ago and to paint his portrait almost seemed to bring him back to life. I was so pleased with the result and enjoyed the experience of painting so much I am now trying a family portrait using 48 colours. It’s slow going must most enjoyable.

I love, love, love this seller and products. Went with the 48 paint colours as a complete beginner and the result is amazing. Now on my second masterpiece! Would recommend !

When I ordered, there was a drop-down that said “frame”. They did not mean frame but meant stretcher with a mounted canvas. Because of how it was labeled, I did not order a “frame” but assumed it was on a stretcher. I called their customer service and asked how to remedy it, and they said that they could not. I then asked what their stated “100% satisfaction guaranteed” meant and they replied it was only for the painting itself. Some guarantee. I would be wary of this company.

I received my order today. I had paid for stretched canvas, while I got rolled. I had paid for 10 additional brushes, which I never received. I have sent an email to them. If they correct my order, I will change my rating. But as of now I am very disappointed!!

Hi, We're really sorry that we sent you a rolled canvas instead of the framed one. There was a temporary mix-up in our ordering system that day, and instead of framed canvases, rolled canvases were sent out to a few customers. Of course, we will send you the correct order immediately and we apologize once again.
I give one star because I cannot give zero. I ordered at the end of January and the page said I would’ve received it by the 19th of February (I wanted to give it as Valentines present and wouldn’t mind few days late). Is the 29th of February now and I did not receive any parcel at all! God knows where my parcel is. I’ve raised a complaint and all I received was “sorry for the delay”. Is such a joke. Don’t waste your money!! I’ve also asked for a refund and they refused to give me my money back. Avoid please!!!!!!!!!

Hello, Thank you for your honest feedback. As we have discussed in email conversations and informed that the delivery of the package would be delayed, we can only deeply apologize. The shipping company has notified that the package will be delivered today. Unfortunately, the customized painting made from the customer's provided picture is individually made for the customer. Therefore, returning them is not possible. Wishing you all the best despite everything!
UK order. Got a email two weeks ago saying it’s on its way…two weeks later the tracking number says in transit and offers no other details.
