- 10 Research Surveys, nenhum ultrapassou $1

Good interface, authoritative customer service
While the interface is one of the more user friendly out there, their customer service is snarky, condescending, and worse, threatening.
Just beware that if you disagree with them (as they cannot be wrong or even agree to disagree), they will threaten you with deplatforming you, which is very typical liberal behavior from my life experience.
EDIT: I shared the Paid Viewpoint customer service thread with a former business associate who found their customer service unprofessional, condescending, self righteous, rude, threatening, and simply unwilling to see the customers point of view. And they also agreed, that yes, vegetable/beef is a legitimate flavor which is where this all started and the fact they refused even agree to disagree here.
Paid Viewpoint needs to simply admit their customer service mishandled this I too have been in customer service and made mistakes.

update! still my worst site/app no improvement
update!
The questions are easy and simple... I'm sorry, but this seems to be the longest free earning site I've joined, before you can earn so maybe I won't continue with this site because it seems to take the longest to accumulate or earn... i think it might take a year before you can cash out from this app. I'm sorry for not continuing, but thank you. You deserve 1 star to improve your site and have a better and more organized platform.

Hi Shan. You are referring to our trait surveys. They help us get to know you better, but are not money-making surveys for us, so they will always be lower earning surveys. The Research Surveys are where you will be able to earn more.
Make sure you're checking your dashboard during the day for any surveys that aren’t emailed out, and all your demographics are complete and up to date. If you're still not receiving Research Surveys, please contact support so they can take a look at your account.
Subject: A Warning to Others: My Negative Experience with PaidViewpoint's New System
To Whom It May Concern (and Potential Users of PaidViewpoint),
I am writing this review to express my profound dissatisfaction and to detail the significant decline in survey quality, compensation, and overall user experience following PaidViewpoint's recent platform changes and new interface. As a loyal member for several years, I have directly witnessed a complete degradation of service that is both frustrating and, frankly, unethical.
The previous system was vastly superior in every aspect. Under the old model:
* Surveys were structured to provide relevant criticism and feedback, often on a more personal level.
* We received bonus compensation for added effort, which incentivized thorough responses.
* Crucially, survey compensation was transparent and fair. If a survey was advertised at $5.00, that is precisely what was compensated upon completion. They only presented surveys for which users qualified, ensuring time was not wasted.
The current system, by contrast, is an dismal failure and appears designed to extract maximum effort for minimal compensation:
* Wasted Time and Low Compensation: It is unacceptable to spend time on surveys only to be disqualified and receive a mere $0.10. This is distinct from "Trait Score" surveys, which are clearly marked as $0.10 upfront. When a survey is listed at, for example, $2.10, and a user is disqualified, receiving only $0.10 is a blatant misrepresentation and a waste of the user's time. This was never an issue with the old system, where disqualification meant you simply didn't take the non-qualifying survey.
* Exploitative Compensation for Effort: The compensation has been drastically lowballed. It is outrageous to be asked to write lengthy essay questions within surveys that are long in duration, only to be compensated a paltry $0.20 to $0.30. There is no indication of the estimated time commitment for these surveys, forcing users into extensive work for pennies. This demonstrates a clear disregard for the value of our time and effort.
* Unjustified Cashout Threshold Changes: My status and cashout threshold have been arbitrarily changed multiple times. After years of being able to cash out at $5.00, I was suddenly informed of "issues" leading to an increased cashout threshold of $15.00. This claim was made without providing clear proof or screenshots, despite my repeated requests. This is the third such instance of my cashout status being altered without transparent justification, and it feels like a deliberate tactic to delay payments and exploit users. I have diligently gone back and forth with support within my account, requesting a review to lower my cashout limit, only to be denied with the justification that they had already lowered it for a previous request and could not do so again, despite providing no proof for this latest increase. As a long-standing member, I find it demeaning to be treated as though I am "begging" for a fair cashout.
* Delayed Payouts and Inconsistent Processing: Under the old system, payments were instant. Now, I am frequently forced to wait 72 hours or even multiple days for payouts, even for the already "lowballed" amounts. This inconsistency, coupled with occasional instant payouts, suggests that PaidViewpoint has discretionary control over payout speed, which is a significant concern and contradicts the excuses provided for delays. This erratic payment processing adds to the frustration and lack of trust.
It is evident that PaidViewpoint is making substantial profits from the personal data provided by users, while simultaneously implementing policies that significantly undervalue the contributions of those users. The frequent, unproven changes to my cashout status, the low compensation for extensive work, and the inconsistent payment processing are all examples of unfair and unethical business practices.
Furthermore, the responses from their support team to concerns and complaints have often been dismissive, rude, and filled with sarcasm. Attempts to justify these new practices by vaguely referencing "trait score" when it's clearly not applicable to the specific issue of low compensation for disqualified surveys, are disingenuous and unhelpful.
I am utterly exhausted with the current state of PaidViewpoint and these ongoing issues. I am sharing this detailed account so that others may see the challenges and unfair treatment loyal users are now experiencing. I will no longer recommend or refer anyone to their platform. The lack of transparency, fair compensation, and consistent treatment for long-term users is unacceptable.

Hi Brittney,
Thank you for your detailed review. We hear your concerns and want to address them directly.
First, we appreciate your long-term participation. Feedback from experienced members like you is essential, and we regret our platform has caused you frustration. Please note the only significant changes to PaidViewpoint happened last spring, when we revitalized and rebranded the website.
To clarify a few points:
Survey Compensation and Disqualifications:
Trait surveys help build your profile so we can better match you with relevant market research surveys. While they increase your chances of qualifying, clients still use pre-qualification questions because not all traits are covered. If you do not qualify, we redirect you to a trait survey so you still earn 10 cents rather than leaving with nothing. This ensures transparency and helps reduce frustration, but we cannot change or reset questions to guarantee qualification for every survey. This process has not changed in over 10 years.
Effort vs. Reward:
Survey rewards are determined by an algorithm that considers estimated length, average completion time, question types, and overall complexity. Because of this, rewards vary, which is why email invitations list a range instead of a fixed amount. If you have concerns about a specific survey, we encourage you to contact support. They can review your completion time compared to the average or median from other respondents and discuss compensation with you.
Additionally, one of last year’s updates added estimated length and reward range directly on the website for each survey. We recommend reviewing this information before starting a survey to better manage your time and expectations.
Cash Out Threshold Changes:
As outlined in our Rewards Rules, members with high TraitScores and strong account history may qualify for reduced cash out thresholds after their first redemption. Eligible members may cash out a second time at $10, and all subsequent times at $5, as long as they remain in good standing. PaidViewpoint reserves the right to return any account to the original $15 threshold at any time, with or without explanation. Most increases happen automatically when an account’s standing drops below our eligibility criteria.
Our support team consistently provides screenshots showing account history, including OE rejects and tag faults. While they cannot share screenshots of your individual survey answers—since all responses are anonymized for your privacy—the standard practice is to include a snapshot of your account standing if there is an issue. Please review your previous support tickets for these details.
Payout Timelines:
PayPal payments have never been instant. While gift card redemptions are typically processed instantly, they are a benefit reserved for members in good standing. Since you are now cashing out via PayPal, your payment is processed manually. As stated in our FAQs and Reward Rules (linked at the bottom of your dashboard), manual payments can take up to 72 hours. Our payout system is not automated.
Support Tone:
Our support team consists of experienced and dedicated employees with a deep understanding of the PaidViewpoint platform. Most responses are based on carefully developed templates designed to give members as much detail as possible while protecting proprietary information and maintaining a neutral, professional tone.
If you feel your question or request has not been fully addressed, we recommend opening a new support ticket that clearly and neutrally outlines your concern. This is the best way to receive a direct and thorough response from our team.
Data Privacy:
We do not sell personal data. All responses are anonymized and aggregated. Our business model relies on quality data, not individual profiling. Please review our Privacy Policy (https://paidviewpoint.com/legal/privacy) for more information.

Worst survey site
In order to cash out you need a phone number which I changed. Now I have to wait 180 days or delete all my money to update phone number. Officially the worst survey site ever no wonder it has a 2 star rating.

Hi RD,
Your phone number and PayPal email are used to validate your account, so a change to either one requires extra steps to protect your account. Our Freeze/Burn policy is outlined in our FAQs, and we encourage all users to review our Terms of Service and policies before joining. Additionally, you are prompted to choose between freezing or burning your earnings when updating your information, ensuring awareness of this process.
We may occasionally make exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis if there are no issues with your account, but we are unable to do so if you do not reach out to our support team.
Paid Viewpoint had it going for them at…
Paid Viewpoint had it going for them at first. They offered a lot of different, well qualifying, and paid incentives. Until I made the required $15 to cash out. There were some issues and maybe they will make an exception as they have stated they sometimes do for accounts with no outstanding issues.. I guess I will give that a try and finish my review.

Hi Amy,
Your phone and PayPal are used to validate and secure your account. This is why changing either one requires you to select to freeze or burn your earnings. We sometimes offer exceptions to this policy for members with accounts in good standing (no outstanding issues) who have not previously received an exception. Requests for exceptions that come with threats, demands, or expectations of approval are not granted.
We do not threaten to close accounts. What we do is notify members that if they continue submitting tickets about an issue that has already been addressed multiple times, those tickets may be marked as spam. Our platform automatically bans any user who reaches 10 spam tickets.
If you would like us to review your account again, please feel free to reach out.

We don't guarantee any specific schedule for surveys, as it is based entirely on what our clients order and if you match the demographic they're researching.
To maximize the number of surveys you see, we recommend you make sure that your notifications are turned on, your demographics are filled out completely, and you are checking your dashboard throughout the day for surveys that aren't emailed out.
If you would like further assistance, please open a support ticket through your dashboard so our support team can take a look at your account to see if there is a different issue.
