Hello Angel. Thank you for your review. I appreciate your honesty. Did the racket arrive damaged? I will investigate that and do my best to improve our packaging. We did not have any case where it arrived broken or damaged because of the packaging. Usually, the box + the bubble wrap make the job Don't hesitate to contact us by email if anything happened with your delivery and I would be happy to help you and offer you something.
