Pacific Bay WatchReviews of pacificbaywatch.com

Response efficiently. The packing can be improved.

Better description of pre-owned items is needed

Communication was at times delayed, but service was great apart from that. My watch arrived exactly as advertised and promised. Will look to PBW for future watch purchases.

La livraison était un peu longue et la montre vendue comme neuve présente quelques traces de manipulation... mais c’est très correct!

The watch arrived in perfect condition on time. Only improvement I'd recommend is that as I was shipping the watch internationally and needed it for a deadline they could have kept me informed of my order progress a bit better. But they were lovely people to deal with and everything was good. Will use them again.

Fast response and delivery. The watch is authentic but found a scratch on bracelet.

Excellent service and price. Would buy again

I wish to tell me only tracking number. But almost perfect !
