Pacifica makes really great, natural products. I would give them t stars except I'm angry that they stopped making the bronzing mineral sunscreen.

I WAS a loyal customer after falling in love with their roller balls in 2013 bought just about anything from their website, bath, body, anti aging etc. Every SINGLE time I have an issue I either get NO REPLY or incredibly unhelpful replies... no response when my face cream arrived half empty..... a patronizing reply when I complained about a thin leaky face wash suggesting I hold it upright.. pictures I sent of over packed boxes with open foundation and leaking lotions that were supposed to be gifts but too damaged to give away never properly addressed, sick of this companies HORRIBLE customer service. its a waste of time to even complain to them. I will never give them another dime. They won't even send a discount code or a store credit to apologize for issues.... BYE customer service is non existent and is unhelpful

I went to create an order, and I updated my address before I placed my order. There was some sort of glitch in their system, and it reverted back to my old address for some reason – which how did my payment method even go through? I immediately sent them an email when I saw my old address on the email confirmation, and they said there was nothing they could do.

Pacifica organic tomato soup has way too much sugar in it. No need for that much sugar in soup. Please lower it and thank you!!

Pacifica products are good quality and the company has responsive customer service. The pineapple papaya hair conditioner smells heavenly and the recovery eye cream leaves my eyes looking rested when I wake up and nourished during the day. Color quench lip gloss was my first purchase. I trust their products.
