The bridge stick that I ordered did not come with the head (I'm sure Ozone will take care of this issue). And the brush that I ordered was cheap for a reason. Tons of bristles were left on the table after the first use. I've ordered a stick from Ozone in the past and was pleased with that experience.

I attempted to make a change to my order the next day but they were so fast (good thing) that it wasn't able to be changed. I was impressed! The change was insignificant, so I'm not even upset. I got the engraved cue within days

Delivery was very prompt haven’t put the Felt back on the table because we are in The middle of a remodel. So I can only give a review of their delivery and the product was delivered within days of ordering !

I ordered a McDermott pool cue with engraving, the shipping was really quick and the cue was perfect, I was very pleased. I will be putting Ozone Billiards in my favorites for future orders.
