Habe jetzt die dritte Oyster auf meinem dritten Wohnmobil. Habe beim Kauf des Wohnmobils auf eine Oyster bestanden. Alle Antennen funktionierten ohne Beanstandung. Die jetzige bereits wieder 7 Jahre. Was ich bei Tenhaf besonders schätze ist der Kundenservice. Man ruft aus dem Ausland an, wenn es mal Probleme gibt und hat eine Freundliche kompetente Beratung. Leider ist die Warteschleife etwas länger geworden. Ich hatte z.B dieses Jahr am Gardasee das Problem, dass die Ante bei Astra 3 stehen blieb und nicht bei Astra 1, 19,2°. Alle Programme konnte ich trotzdem empfangen. Es stellte sich heraus, dass ich seit 7 Jahren kein Update gemacht habe. Mir wurde kostenlos für ein neues Update eine SD Karte zugeschickt. Fernmündlich würde ich geduldig angewiesen, wie ich Astra 1 einstellen könnte. Ich würde mich immer wieder für die Antenne entscheiden. Habe jetzt eine Oyster Vision 3 auf meinem Mobil
