(1) A human replies in the Chat tool. (2) The answers from the HUMAN who replied to my questions helped me select the right unit. (3) The device I bought arrived when expected and works as expected. (4) The refurbished device cost half what a new one costs. I’m hoping it lasts as long. THANK YOU!

I bought a eclispe 5 from this company. The day it arrive I contacted them saying I didn't know how to turn it on. Never heard back from them on any of my emails. Sent a battery that won;t hold a charge. I am Very unhappy with this company and will never buy from them again,
