Jeff, thank you for sharing your feedback. We're sorry to hear your experience hasn't met your expectations. No investor likes seeing a position lose 25% of its value, especially in such a short period. We certainly don't. We take pride in our research and believe strongly in the strategies behind our recommendations. While short-term volatility can be frustrating, understanding when to buy, hold, or sell is just as important as identifying the opportunity itself. We hope you'll give us the opportunity to better understand your experience, review the latest guidance on your investment, and address any concerns you may have. Our Member Services team is happy to help at 443-353-4540, Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. ET. We hope to hear from you soon.
