We have used Ownwell services for several years, have had tax reductions every time. Five stars for this! One star withdrawn due to issues with website: we are selling this home, moving out of state, need to cancel auto contract. Unfortunately it is impossible to do this using the website. Although initial advertising said cancellation would be easy there is no way listed anywhere, only advertising to sign up for more services.

Was satisfied with the outcome, but felt that updates and communication should have been more forthcoming.

I don't feel that I was kept sufficiently informed on the progress of my tax challenge.

The professionalism of the Vendor in all areas.

Hard to assess accuracy in this location and inflationary time. Thanks for the effort and positive results.

I would like more individual communication

Don't have to do it myself. Saves time. Don't like the processing fee.
