Has been a great experience!!! I highly recommend ALL first time buyers look into this program!

Ownify is a great resource for securing your dream home. Excellent customer service and response time to all inquiries. Highly recommend!

I bought my house with Ownify a little over a year ago and I’ve been very happy with how smooth everything has been. My favorite part is that they’ve helped fix any issues that have come up with the house. Highly recommend Ownify!

I have been able to work with Ownify to assist 3 clients close on homes. The process was super smooth and every detail was handled professionally. My clients were pleased to be able to move into their home with ease and with only 2% down. I am looking forward to being able to assist more people achieve ownership with the industry changing Ownify platform.

Ownify was wonderful to work with. Easy and smooth process for my clients. Their mission is to make homeownership accessible to those who don't have a lot of money saved up and to make the transition from renting to owning very simple. I am a huge advocate of Ownify and will continue to promote their program for my first time homebuyers.

I am a Realtor in the Triangle and we have already seen our Buyers benefit from this amazing program! Ownify puts people first and it shows. For those with limited cash on hand, but eager to own their own home and invest in real estate, Ownify makes possible what used to be out of reach. Don't rent... don't rent-to-own... Ownify!

In my time working with Ownify as a real estate professional, the team has been so helpful and transparent! They went above and beyond to make my clients feel comfortable about the process and made sure I was in the loop about all of the progress. With such a new product, I was skeptical about their intentions and how this would work out for my client. But they showed throughout the transaction that they put the client first! They ended up being an incredible fit for them, saving them money and allowing them to build equity fast! I would highly recommend them to any potential buyer!

Never could I have imagined that buying a home could be such a smooth and easy process. After joining the waitlist on their website, I met with a representative who gave me an overview of how to become an Owni, as well as provided information on their mission to help first time home buyers. Soon after, they introduced me to a local realtor group in Raleigh. And for the first time ever, I was able to host my family for the holidays in something I considered a home. I’d strongly encourage anyone interested in learning more to visit their website and contact them for more information. You won’t regret it.
