you cancelled my order so I had to get it elsewhere.

the product is fine but they double charged and sent an extra order of the product I didn't need. When trying to return, they are stating I need to pay $70 to ship it back although I did not make this purchase.

This TV stand looks great. I was able to put it together in about 2 hours by myself. BUT, the wood is so soft - it scratches with the slightest bump. It actually came out of the box with several small blemishes. I considered returning but was able to cover them up pretty well with wood crayons and didn't want the hassle of a return. But since, it continues to easily scratch and I am regretting not returning. We are going to try to coat with polyurethane to provide a layer of protection. This is a lot of work for brand new furniture.

I won't shop here again unless I am 100% sure I want the item, so the odds are low. That is WAY too much for shipping to return the item. You guys are skimming a lot off the top of that and that's shady to me. Also - don't even bother with the AI response from Overstock.com to my review. Save the time and planet from the lame copy/paste.

First of all they sent the wrong size sheets. I can't get onto my order on the website. I still haven't received my whole order. tried to get help via the overstock site & they couldn't help me? wanted me to go else where on overstock...haven't had time yet

The light was awful for any use except a hallway because it barely had light. Secondly my having to eat $20 shipping to send it back for an item that wasn't what it was advertised to be. I will not buy from this company again. Your return policy is awful.
