Overland Van LinesReviews of overlandvanlines.com

I had a long move planned and Overland Vine Lines really helped make the move less overwhelming and stressful. With a very professional staff, affordable rates, and fast communication. OVL provided me with a quick, easy move. I had a good experience and I am grateful for their help.

Overland Van LInes was one of the best decisions I made! When I had to move from my studio apartment, I didnt want a big old truck to drive my few things in, I needed and wanted something smaller. Thats where Overland Van Lines came in, with their prepped and ready to go vans they are always willing and waiting to help you with whatever you need. If youre looking for a great service for your move or plain van rental, look no farther than Overland Van Lines, as they are the best in the business! Hands down!

Overland Van Lines is a great moving company! They made the moving process less confusing and less stressful. Their movers were great to work with! I would definitely consider using them for a move, again. The movers were professional and took great pride in making sure our belongings were packaged with care. They arrived to us on time and damage free.

I was dreading moving and didn’t even know how to begin the stressful process. Luckily I came across Overland Van Lines online. Overland made it stress-free and easy. I was moving clear across the state and they were very reliable and helpful. If I ever have to move again I will definitely go with them.

Great experience with Overland van lines. I will hire them if I ever need to move again in the future.

OUR FURNISHINGS WERE DESTROYED. What should have been an easy move turned into a nightmare. We hired this company for a full service move. They showed up late and started loading in a haphazard fashion. At 5:20PM they announced that there was no more room on the truck and that we should take, what was left. No more room on the truck indeed as they had neglected to break down some of the larger pieces. They pulled away with total disregard for the position they were leaving us in. Unable to deliver on the date specified in our contract because of scheduling conflict. Rather than having our things on the truck for one night, they would have to hold them for a second night. The furnishing were never to be offloaded but rather were to be left on the truck. That was not the case at all! On delivery day a totally different truck arrived and they start offloading furniture that looked as if it had been stored in a filthy storage shed somewhere. Our furniture was destroyed. Had us file a claim through their insurance carrier and came back with $180 settlement offer.

Overland was the best company before the move. Overland was the worst company after the move. Upon delivery, the company they outsourced the delivery treated the china cabinet like it was a box of copy paper, banging the walls carrying it up the steps, and catching it just before it hit the floor at one point during the move. When first entering the house, the movers asked for extra "tip" money, and had no tools with which to unpack the cabinet, or even a pen to sign the delivery order. They had to borrow them from us, including masks. When unpacked, we found that two of the buffet mirrors were broken. Overland has declined to cover anything additional due to the negligence of their delivery crew other than the "insurance", which covered less than 50% of the repair cost. Don't rely on any of their promises to take care of your items. It's all it is, a promise with no backup.

What a wonderful experience! I don't really know how to describe these guys. They were at my DOORSTEP at exactly 7 am. They were extremely fast and professional!!! They wrapped my items in a wonderful style. Everyone in this company is very friendly and the price also was reasonable. I'll tell all my friends to move with Overland Van Lines.
