So far my experience with Rohit Puri with Ovation Tax Group has been very good. He is kind, polite, professional and knowledgeable. He is doing our 25 taxes and then reviewing our 23 & 24 taxes next. If the rest of my experience with him is the same as it has been so far I would recommend him to anyone. Thank you Rohit.

I would rate this lower if I could. Would not recommend using this service. Poor communication for the entire duration. They will not schedule a time to talk; they call at random times so if you miss the call, its two days until you get another call. No emails and they don't provide any updates.

I had an excellent experience working with Rohit Puri for my taxes. He was highly professional, prompt, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. He answered all of my questions clearly and provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. His friendly attitude and attention to detail made me feel confident that everything was handled correctly. I truly appreciate his expertise and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for reliable and professional tax assistance.

There are 2 things I would expect from a legal team. That they are quick and produce results. Kristine Ciccone was both of these and more with my state tax issue, providing me with a reinstatement of a dropped payment plan within hours. 6 out of 5 starts. Kevin B A happy client

Paid their fee and still no help been waiting over a year -nothing from them at all

Rohit Puri, one of Tax Preparers here at Ovation Tax Group, completed the documentation thoughtfully and carefully. Unlike the previous tax group that I used, communication was efficient, they closed the loop frequently to make sure nothing had been missed, and the responses were timely and complete in the accuracy of the answers. It does help when you have Tax Lawyers inviolved in every step of the process. Recommend without any reservation.

Keith Johnson was very professional and helpful with my tax situation. He was sincere about my concerns and advised me in the right direction. Did not ask for any fee for his time into looking at my tax issues. I would recommend Keith Johnson to anyone looking for tax resolution.
