Hello Mike, Can you elaborate more? What seems to be the problem? We had some problem in our reviews but it was already fixed. Can you send us a message on our chat or send me an email so I can personally investigate it. [email protected]
Absolutely Garbage Service! DONT USE! I paid for 16,000 leads but after cleaning the data only had 500 workable leads, also, hidden costs up the A hole, they make their pricing confusing as hell just to surprise you with payments

Hi there, Thank you for leaving this review. I hear your frustration, and I want to address both concerns directly because you deserve a clear explanation, not a deflection. On the data quality issue: The Google Maps scraper pulls results based on the exact query you run (category + location). The challenge is that Google itself sometimes broadens those results by including related categories or nearby locations. So if you searched for a specific category, Google may have surfaced adjacent businesses alongside it, which is why the raw output looked larger than expected. This is a known behavior, and Outscraper provides filters specifically to help you tighten those results and remove irrelevant entries before they count toward your credits. You can find the full guide here: https://outscraper.com/google-maps-data-scraper-filters I understand this wasn't made clear upfront, and that's on us. On the pricing: Here's how it works: - First 500 results: free (Free Tier) - 501 to 100,000 results: $3 per 1,000 (Medium Tier) - 100,001 and above: $1 per 1,000 (Business Tier) - Resets every month A full breakdown is available here: https://outscraper.com/outscraper-pricing-explained/ I recognize the pricing structure isn't immediately obvious, and if it caught you off guard, that's a legitimate concern we need to take seriously. I'd like to make this right. If you can share your account details or task IDs with us at [email protected], I'll personally review what happened with your run and work with the team to find a fair resolution. Your experience should not have gone this way, and I want to do better by you. Warm regards, Outscraper Support Team

Its a scam service, where support is playing word games with you, bothering you indefinitely by trying to charge money for not using the service. Owner is writing its own fake reviews.

Hello Daniel, We’re sorry to hear about your experience. This doesn’t reflect the level of service we aim to provide. Could you please email us at (support @ outscraper . com) with your account information so we can review the situation in detail and resolve it for you? Looking for forward to your response.
I tried it out once. Got a bill for over $300, and the results from my search came back with a bunch of stuff completely unrelated to my search, and nothing I searched for. I wouldn't mind if we could clear this up, but I reached out to their customer service over a week ago with absolutely no response. I did get another notice of my bill though. Update: they only responded to try to make things right after I posted this review. That's not good customer service, that's bad review avoidance. Their product still didn't work, but they eventually refunded me while asking for me to remove my review. Others should know this is how they operate.

Scam, a trap for LTD buyer. Once purchase LTD they make it a problem to limit the usage and charge extra to your account. If you didn't pay your account will be blocked. Writing in to support will be invalid. Update 08/06/2025: Fyi, your deduction system have issue. For LTD have a monthly credit of $30. Even for first generation cost $2 dollars, the $30 credit was immediately wiped out and a charge of $2 incurred.
