I know if I cannot give full attention to the meeting that Otter is collecting all the information I can refer back to. Immediate transcripts means that I can review in a loud airport or access when working on my project It captures everything for me. Customer service has been great if I have any questions.

This review was provided as part of a promotion from Otter. It is, however, a very honest review. I used this to get transcripts for podcast episodes I've already released. I don't have the time I would need to type them up myself (I did try). I went through so many A.I. programs to find one that worked for me, including my own podcast host's option - and I spent a lot of money doing it. It became infuriating to pay for a month of something with no free trial, only to find out I couldn't do what I needed to do. Enter otter.ai. Not only can I listen along to each episode and edit the transcript as I do, but I can also edit different speakers in any way I need. I can even untag a paragraph to leave it as "unknown speaker," which ended up coming in helpful for me. It worked great, and was super easy to upload the finished transcripts to my podcast host, as well as my website. It's pretty expensive, though, and I'm almost caught up to my current episode. At that point, I think I may pause my subscription and build up a few episodes so that I'm not constantly paying for something I don't need consistently or immediately. But I will absolutely keep using it, because it's the best program I've found so far.

Otter.ai is game changing. It completely eliminates notetaking, summarizes my calls, AND develops action items. Brilliant use of AI and I'm a fan. As an avid user, they offered me compensation to review, but the truth is that I would only do it if I could put my belief behind it. I bring up Otter.ai to everyone in the workplace because it's saved me so much time and the Action Items following are fantastic. I can't wait to see how they end up evolving as I could see integrations with project management tools or even developing project management capabilities based on the transcription features. LOVE it.

I love using this for my meetings. If captures everything for me and writes up a summary of the meeting. I like the it records as well so you can go back and listens to add to your meeting minutes.

I am writing my life story and was in need of a voice to text solution to make this possible. I did a lot of research and testing of apps that offer these services. Otter ai kept coming up in the reviews as a powerful tool. I was attending a major event hosted by Tony Robbins and he mentioned that Otter had played a huge part in his projects. I went ahead and got Otter ai and have been very impressed with it's speed of translation and accuracy. I responded to a promotion from Otter to provide this testimonial but would have gladly done it otherwise.

Easy to use, very intuitive. I have been using Otter for two years now. Even on the free plan you get to utilize a lot of its amazing features. Recording to transcription, summaries and Google Calendar integration. If able - I would definitely encourage other businesses and workplaces to adopt for utilizing for meetings that require minute taking.

The site was recommended to me by a friend and I decided to give it a trial, I opened the site, created an account with my Gmail and synced with my google calendar. I missed a meeting that I registered for already because I was involved in another business entirely at the time the meeting was going on, to my greatest surprise I got a mail and I got the minutes of the meeting and a record of the meeting. Like, I cant even express how surprised and shocked I was. That was a real life saver. The experience has been awesome and great and I cant wait to learn more on what I can use Otter AI for. Its incredibly awesome

It is an advanced system, where I can have all the necessary interactions in seconds, in addition to a different interface, which provides peace of mind despite the amount of information stored.
