I had the best customer service with Junnior! I was having some problems with our account. I had researched the articles Otter has and just couldn't quite figure out what to do. I am not terribly "techy". I put in a Help Ticket and Junnior got back with me quickly. He clarified to understand exactly what I needed and then he solved everything with kindness, expertise, and expediency. Really appreciate Otter and Junnior!

I really appreciated the very quick attention to my complaint. I also appreciate that from the data they understood my complaint was due to a mistake that I hadn’t realised I had made and they made it right with a refund.
