I no longer had a use for Otter but overlooked cancelling my annual subscription - I was very impressed when they refunded the fee immediately after I sent a request.

Smooth and efficient account recovery! I lost access to my account following an email address change, which caused a lockout. Initially, the support team asked me to supply all the information needed to verify that I was the rightful owner of the compromised account. Once that was completed, everything went very smoothly. Thank you for your assistance and support!

I got charged and didn’t even realise I’d signed up, and now I can’t cancel a subscription. No where to cancel it even though it shows you where it’s not the same in the App/or desktop. I logged into my account and it says I’m on the free account even though I’ve been charged?

The software has been very simple to use. It's made my life easier in regards to notetaking and transcriptions have been very helpful. I had an issue where I deleted a recording by accident and the Support was reasonably quick.
