I emailed customer services about a refund for an annual subscription, which I no longer wanted. The support team member who helped me resolve the issue, Agni Leiva, was tremendous and a pleasure to deal with. I am very impressed and, having gone from immense frustration at being charged for something I didn't want or need to delight at getting an immediate refund, would be happy to recommend Otter.

Morgan was awesome! Morgan was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly diligent. The Chatbot told me precisely who I needed to contact to get my issue solved and within the hour it was I did not have to wait days for the Mattar to be resolved. Requested refund on a member that was added (unintentionally) and was initially charged. Although refund not allowed, rep allowed refund! Thanks!

I was supposed to get a discounted rate, but they ended up charging me the full rate. I canceled the subscription, but a year later I get a notice that it is automatically renewing. I *think* I have canceled it, but want to delete my credit card to be 100% sure, and there is no way to delete it. There is supposed to be a Delete button when you click the three dots, but there isn't one.

They got right back to me and solved my problems!

I paid for a subscription with Otter by mistake. When I sent Otter an email three days later, explaining this, Julia immediately sent me a refund. I appreciate the goodwill this shows.
