My girlfriend bought me two rings for Xmas as a surprise and I was over the moon when I saw the boxes. I hadn’t even seen the rings that I knew they would be amazing quality and absolutely gorgeous! She also says the rings came very quickly which is always a plus!

The ring was gorgeous. It was a gift for my husband on a special occasion. Unfortunately, the main big back square center stone was fell out. I know things can occur even with the best of products... I'm followed the return process. A gentleman Gabe gave me instructions to email pictures and he emailed return label. I mailed back and am awaiting confirmation. I will update the status when I'm contacted back with confirmation of refund. 3/18/21 Update: The refund and communication was EXCELLENT. Even though the stone in my ring unexpectedly fell out. I understand things happen that are intentional. I'm still going to give this company a 5 star. The urgent way Gabe responded was very assuring and showed the awesome integrity of his company. I am extremely SATISFIED that communication, and responsibility that was shown. My refund was issued. Thank you OttaSilver!!!!
