Our interaction with Otis Elevator Company has been excellent. Their crew of customer care representatives is highly competent and responsive, promptly attending to our demands. Our apartment building has excellent elevators that make it more accessible for all of the occupants. Otis has exceeded our expectations, and we heartily endorse them for any elevator construction.

Our office building has their elevators built, and so far there have been no problems with their seamless operation. Modern technology is used, and timely, expert maintenance is provided. Na 2 weken bellen en mailen nog dteeds geen actie of gehoor naar aanleiding van een defecte lift... Otis... beter gooi je de Quotes van "Service om trots op te zijn" en "Otis creëert oplossingen in elk gebouw" van de website want dit is alles behalve waar! Waardeloos hoe je van het kastje maar de muur wordt gestuurd en een onderdeel gewoon 8 weken duurt omdat er niet gewerkt wordt in Frankrijk eaar het vandaan moet komen!

If you want your lift serviced, don't buy Otis. Regardless if you have a Contract with them or not, they do not respond to Service Requests. After many, many calls, and being promised someone will call back, we have given up hope and trust that nothing will happen to the lift.

Ook wij hebben in ons complex (Van Vollenhovenlaan Utrecht) een lift van Otis. Iedere keer als hij defect raakt moeten er “ onderdelen besteld worden”. Zal best hoor maar moet dat dan meer dan drie weken duren? Waardeloos bedrijf!!

Pagato l'impianto anticipatamente il 29 maggio del 2023.Il rappresentante si è presentato senza un dépliant,senza brochure,con atteggiamento scostante al limite della maleducazione, la scelta della cabina e della struttura scelta in fretta e a voce.Mi è stato dato un termine di montaggio massimo entro novembre 2023.Il termine è slittato di mese in mese con voli pindarici e bugie da parte dei responsabili di Roma.Finalmente a giugno 2024 hanno scaricato un camion in mezzo al giardino e sono spariti.Si sono rifatti vivi a singhiozzo a fine luglio 2024.Hanno montato in maniera approssimativa la loro ciofeca costringendomi a modificare la muratura più volte.Un disagio enorme e una esperienza allucinante.Oggi dopo avermi consegnato il trabiccolo si sono finalmente tolti dalle scatole incaricandomi di smaltire personalmente tutti gli innumerevoli involucri e di fargli trovare 340 kg di zavorra per la prova di carico dopo le festività estive.Inutile dire che appena rientrato a casa c'era la porta aperta al primo piano.Credo che un consesso di tali individui sia praticamente impossibile metterlo insieme.Un orrore e uno stress disumano.Da evitare con la massima cura.Se c'è un Dio deve punire questi incapaci sia per l'inettitudine e la maleducazione che per l'ansia che generano nei loro sfortunati clienti.L'avvocato spero sistemerà la triste avventura.Carissimi e inefficienti.
